As Principal Broker and Director of Business Development, Chris Spanos collaborates with a strong team of industry experts and partners with in depth knowledge of the Ontario commercial real estate and commercial mortgage market. This industry expertise provides our clients with the most competitive financing solutions across all real estate asset classes.
Chris brings over 25 years of real estate lending experience with the last 18 years as a Commercial Mortgage Broker / Agent.
Prior to starting up XS Mortgage Capital, Chris held the position of Director of Commercial Mortgages with brokerages at Dominion Lending Centres and the Mortgage Centre. This extensive experience has given Chris expertise in deal sourcing, structuring and underwriting across a broad range of industries and sectors.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from John Molson School of Business at Concordia University.
